ANGER MANAGEMENT CLASSES

Understanding and learning about anger management isn't about learning how to get rid of anger,
but learning how to use it appropriately and realizing if don't learn positive ways in handling
the anger,
ANGER turns into D ANGER !



--Anger management program is a group program but can be offered individually upon approval of the
program coordinator, however it is more expensive.
--Sessions are given for two hours weekly for 4 weeks or one hour per week of 8 weeks. Once a person has completed all the sessions
they will be given a certificate showing they completed the class. If a session is missed, the certificate will only show classes attended. No refunds of payments if missed a class.
-- Individual sessions cost total of $80 per session. Payment of all sessions are required prior to attending.
--Group sessions cost is total of $50 per session. A mimimum of 5 people are required to
do a group. Payment of all sessions are required prior to attending.
--Groups are held based on need. Time and day will be set once 5 people are scheduled. Turning Point Counseling understands that people have different schedules and duties, that is why we are willing to offer a time convenient to the group, when possible.

If you call or text: I will need your name, phone number that you can be reached at, your address and if you need morning, afternoon or evening class. If you get the answer machine then please leave the information and I will return your call within the same business day unless it is after 5pm then it will be returned either the same day (up to 9pm) or the next business day. If you are leaving a message, please talk slowly and repeat your phone number so it can be understood.
