Rates
Intake/Initial Session: $325
Subsequent Sessions: $175
Group Therapy: $30/hour unless otherwise stated (however, most groups are free or have a minimum charge of $5-$10)
Insurance
Most insurances accepted
Other fees: (Please note these fees not paid by most insurance companies and are due at the time of service)
(time starts upon leaving office till time return)
Reports: $50 initial charge, $50 per hour in creating report, Minimum time creating report - 4 hours, Report requests need to be made 10 days prior to receiving report, Payment for minimum must be paid at time of report request
($250 minimum up front. If it takes longer to create the report the balance will be due prior to the report being written).
EAP reports: $50 for each report
Testing: Charge depends on test
Hospital visits/ School meetings: $175 per hour (Time begins when therapist leaves office and ends upon return to office).
Court: The therapist doesn't go to court. If you need someone to testify, then you will need to find someone else.
Sliding fee: Sliding fee available for people with no insurance or on Medicaid.
Payment
Cash and check payments accepted.
Payment due at time of appointment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
